- Booking:
Peacock Relocation Systems Inc.
recommends calling 3-5 weeks ahead of your move date to ensure your date will be available, so you can be put into the book, schedule a box delivery, etc…
- Deposits:
Peacock Relocation Systems Inc.
will require a 10% of the total move cost for a deposit to put you in the books (plus any applicable box deposits, [For local moves] or any other miscellaneous packing material costs.)
- Changing Dates:
You must call at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled move date in order to push it to a later date. You may have the later/alternate date as long as it is still available at
no additional charge. If our men show up at your front door and you forgot to call to cancel/push back to later date, there will be a charge in proportion to the size of the crew paid to come to work that day.
Communication in these situations is very important on both ends.
- Peak Rates?
Peacock Relocation
does not charge peak rates on a Saturday or at the end of the month or during the summer months. Many people believe this is a good thing!
- Free Readiness Checks:
Peacock
Relocation Systems Inc.
offers each and every customer the opportunity to receive a free readiness check by their own personal, highly trained sales representative. In order to receive your Free Readiness Check, you must call the
office 1 week prior to your scheduled move date. You must have the telemarketing staff schedule an appointment 2-3 days before your scheduled move date. These appointments are loosely scheduled after the last sales
call of the day and are usually performed around 8-10 P.M. Sometimes, depending upon mutual scheduling interests, Readiness Checks can be done during the day as well. Please do not call the day before for a
readiness check as your sales representative might not be in your area.
